Police Scotland Launch National Appeal For Information On Missing Prisoner

He has family and associates in the Paisley area, with enquiries ongoing there and throughout the wider Glasgow region.Mr Arthur has previous convictions for violence – members of the public should not approach him and should report all sightings to Police immediately via 101. He is described as 5 foot 10 inches in height, blue eyes, slim build with short black hair.Last known clothing is thought to be be a grey jumper and dark tracksuit bottoms. Police urge anyone with information on Arthur’s whereabouts to dial 101 or leave information anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111last_img
